How to send crypto? 

1. Download Coinbase App

2. Complete registration and verification

3. Click 'Buy' and select Litecoin, and enter your order total plus any transaction fees

4. Choose/Add your debit card and click 'Review Order'

5. Once purchased, go back to 'Home' and click 'Send'
6. Click on Litecoin and enter our Litecoin wallet address found on your confirmation email 
7. Enter your order total and click send  
8. (If prompted please select 'Sending to yourself')
9. Once completed and proof of payment has been emailed to us, your order status will change from 'Pending' to 'Paid' and we will begin processing your order, you should receive a shipping confirmation email within 24/48 hours. You can track the status of your order by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email

Please note: We do not confirm receipt of payment, if your order status is 'Paid' then we have received your payment 

We kindly ask that you do not contact us to enquire the whereabouts of your order UNLESS 5 working days has passed with no delivery.
