-Our 24/48 hour dispatch only applies to weekdays, any orders placed before the weekend will be collected via Royal Mail on the following business day (Monday)

-Proof of payment must be sent to our email with your order number, proof of payment being a screenshot which shows our wallet address - without proof of payment we cannot allocate your payment to your order and your order will not be dispatched without it. 
-Once we ship your order, and it is received by Royal Mail we have no control over the parcel and we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. If your order is lost or damaged please contact us, we may be able to offer a replacement at our own discretion, but please note this is not garanteed. 
-We are not responsible for any loss of orders due to incorrect or unaccessible addresses.
-For orders around Christmas time, please expect delays up to several business days - unfortunately this is not within our control.

-We only accept Litecoin as payment, we do not accept bank transfer, PayPal, cash, or any other form of payment. 
-Due to the nature of the product we do not accept any returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations once payment has been made. 
-We are not responsible for any person(s) who use our products irresponsibly or any person(s) bypassing our age verification incorrectly.
